Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT) with a Registered and Licensed Dietitian

Nutrition services are one of the first treatments that a patient should receive to improve conditions such as heart disease, diabetes and hypertension.

Our dietitian provides a therapeutic approach to treating medical conditions and their associated symptoms with the use of a specifically tailored diet. Our clients are monitored and diets are adjusted based on personal goals.

With our dietitian, you will set nutritional goals to help improve your health. Our dietitian will review what you eat, do a complete review of your nutritional health and personalize your treatment plan.

Our Registered Dietitian works closely with our physicians and medical team to provide the best nutrition care possible. We focus on lifestyle medicine, finding the root cause of the problem, rather than just focusing on the symptoms.

Medical Nutrition Therapy is covered by Medicare part B for those with diabetes and chronic kidney disease. If you fall into that category, you are eligible for at least 3 hours of MNT the first year of care and an additional two hours every year after. Other insurance plans may also cover MNT. Contact your insurance provider to determine what will be covered.
