Joy Alexander, MS, RN, CNS
Joy Alexander is a certified clinical nurse specialist in psychiatry, as well as an experienced registered nurse with prescription privileges. Joy has always lived in the Rochester, Minnesota area, graduating with her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Winona State University. She went on to continue her studies at the University of Minnesota where she was granted her Advanced Practice Registered Nurse designation.
Joy specializes in adult psychiatric and mental health, and is trained to do psychiatric assessments, medication management and group therapy. Her clinical interests include anxiety disorders and mood disorders.
When she is not working, Joy enjoys adding to her antiques collection and indulging in her love of vintage clothing and jewelry.
